Former Trump Campaign Adviser Carter Page Speaks Out on Dossier

Yale Law clinic seeks surveillance records

One reason for skepticism is that Nunes's central claim - the Federal Bureau of Investigation improperly obtained a warrant to spy on Donald Trump's presidential campaign - contradicts previous assertions by Trump and his communications team that the target of the warrant, Carter Page, was not really a member of the campaign.

While Republicans say their memo, orchestrated by Nunes and released with President Donald Trump's backing, demonstrates anti-Trump bias at the FBI and Justice Department that calls into question the entire Russian Federation investigation, Democrats say Republicans committed the very sin - omitting crucial facts - of which they accuse the FBI.

Carter Page appears on "Good Morning America", Feb. 6.

The man at the center of the controversial surveillance memo - former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page - sat down exclusively with Laura Ingraham on "The Ingraham Angle".

To provide a fuller picture, intelligence committee Democrats insist, House Republicans must vote on Monday to release a classified 11-page rebuttal they wrote to the GOP memo.

Netanyahu says will legalize West Bank settlement in response to Rabbi's murder
Most countries deem any official or unofficial settlements in the land, which Palestinians want for a future state, to be illegal. Israel's Cabinet approved a proposal that begins the process of legalizing the Gilad Farm outpost in the northern West Bank .

Page and Ingraham also discussed a paragraph in the dossier that Page disputed, which said he met with Russian oil magnate Igor Sechin.

After a woman asked him why his Wikipedia page claims he'd never talked to Trump, Page replied: "I made a commitment not to talk about the internal work that I did at the campaign".

Page said Friday the memo revealed "misdeeds against the Trump Movement". And he actually said he was a very low-level member of I think a committee for a short period of time. So that does lead people to believe: "'is this guy working with Russia?'" "Then you're an adviser to Donald Trump".

Mr. Carter Page is a former banker in the investment company based in Moscow, who founded his own investment firm later in NY.

Page confirmed to ABC News that he is the individual identified as "Male-1" in a 2015 court document submitted in a case involving the Russian spies. The speech was aired live by Kremlin-connected Russia Today. Page says he had subsequent similar meetings, describing them to TIME as "really plain-vanilla stuff". Page said that was "spin", because, in reality he was teaching a course at NYU and the documents he had turned over were materials that he gave to his students.
