Border Patrol finds 76 immigrants in trailer near Laredo

76 undocumented immigrants, including 13 kids, found in tractor-trailer at Texas checkpoint

The separate incidents involved a 22-year-old Riverside County man and a 20-year-old man whose residence wasn't given.

One of the men has active status under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, and the other is a former DACA beneficiary whose protections have expired.

The man is now being held in Department of Homeland Security custody.

The U.S. Border Patrol said in a press release this week that a truck driver is in custody after he was found to be transporting 76 illegal immigrants near the Texas-Mexico border.

U.S. Border Patrol agents, David Macias (R) and Kurt Dannawitz, process a group of illegal aliens August 30, 2005 in Nogales, Arizona.

The Laredo Border Patrol warns Texans about the dangers of entering the country illegally.

Border agents have reported an increase in the usage of semi-trucks to smuggle people.

A 25-year-old US citizen later was arrested in connection with the smuggling case, the agency said.

Apple is reportedly slashing iPhone X production in half
Additionally both the iPhone X Plus and the 5.6 inch model will have 4GB of RAM, more than the 2017 iPhone X which only has 3GB. Should an iPhone SE sequel launch in 2018, Kuo predicts it would get a faster processor and a lower price.

In another incident, agents received a tip from a citizen who observed a suspected smuggling incident near Torrey Pines State Beach on January 24, 2018.

Inside, 10 undocumented immigrants were dead from overheating.

The 22-year-old driver of the vehicle admitted to performing scouting duties for a smuggling crew.

The third man in the vehicle was a 21-year-old Mexican national being smuggled by the two cousins, a CBP public relations officer clarified for Breitbart News on Tuesday.

Francisco said the decision to release the information was made by local officials in the San Diego Sector office and not at the direction of higher-ups at the Department of Homeland Security or Customs and Border Protection.

An agency spokesperson said those arrested can not be named until after charges are filed.
