Mariah Carey's Redemption Performance Proves She Is The Queen Of The Holidays

Mariah Carey Avoids New Year's Eve Disaster Repeat Despite Lack of Hot Tea

"Loved your humility when they didn't have your hot tea - You Proved that GOD IS STILL "A GOD OF 2ND CHANCES"!" Mimi doesn't need hot tea to get the job done.

Host Ryan Seacrest asked Carey how she felt following her performance to which she replied, "I'm feeling a lot better than past year, when I had to get my own police escort".

Never one to let a moment pass, the singer then took to Instagram in the early hours of the new year to update her fans on the status of her tea hunt. It's a disaster. O.K. Well, we'll just have to rough it.

Jon Gruden reached out to Rich Gannon as potential QB coach
Not only is Del Rio the current man in charge, but he signed a contract extension to remain with the franchise last offseason. Following the Super Bowl run of his first season in charge, the Bucs never won another playoff game under Gruden.

Mariah Carey once again took the stage to perform at Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest and delivered a stirring performance of two of her hit songs - despite the record low temperatures in New York City's Times Square. The five-time Grammy victor gave her all as she sang her hit songs, "Hero" and "Vision of Love". Before her second song - Hero, from 1993 - it seemed all was not well from her point of view. She also stayed on in mostly one spot onstage for the majority of her performance, further removing any possibility of a disaster. Rewatch her performance and vote below.

After Carey sang "Vision of Love" she looked on stage for some hot tea she said she was promised, but it was not there.

The demanding-diva routine, which was nearly certainly planned, was Carey's winking reference to her 2016 "New Year's Rockin' Eve" performance, when production problems of an indeterminate kind led her to ditch the elaborate pantomime she had in store. After Hero finished, the camera went back to Seacrest. May the rest of Mariah's 2018 be fantastic, and filled with lots and lots of hot tea.
