Staley High School students give hero's welcome ahead of Veterans Day

Spring Mills Middle School's 'Patriots' honor veterans

11, the United States will celebrate Veterans Day to honor the nation's service men and women.

The students later broke out into groups meeting with each veteran to hear about their experience one-on-one.

In the first year, the school raised $650, the cost for one honor flight for a veteran of World War II, Korea or Vietnam.

It was a patriotic scene at the Custer Armory as the entire district gathered to honor Veteran's day.
