Trade grades: Who wins the Bledsoe-Monroe deal?

The Milwaukee Bucks Just Added Eric Bledsoe

NBA Rumors: Suns Trading Eric Bledsoe To Bucks For Greg Monroe, First-Rounder

The Suns are finalizing a trade to send Bledsoe to the Bucks, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Zach Lowe. Bledsoe and the newfound depth of the Bucks' backcourt and wing positions should help Milwaukee play at the current fashionable pace, while creating the necessary amount of space.

The Bucks pulled the trigger Tuesday and acquired a high-scoring guard from Phoenix without giving up rookie of the year Malcolm Brogdon.

Bledsoe's trade is timely since the Bucks are in a slump, losing their last three games to drop to 4-5 on the season. For the remainder of this season, Monroe was likely to be Milwaukee's best center.

Bledsoe will meet with the team in San Antonio on Thursday ahead of Saturday's game against the Spurs. They are now $4.4 million below the luxury tax. They also could have as many as three first-round picks next season.

Michigan State-Penn State game delayed by lightning
The tie didn't last long as Penn State scored on the following possession and benefited from poor tackling by Michigan State . McSorley hit DaeSean Hamilton on a crossing route for a 31-yard touchdown and 7-0 lead with 5:40 left in the first quarter.

There would be lottery protections on the first-round pick, league sources said.

Bledsoe has been away from the Suns (4-7) since general manager Ryan McDonough sent him home on October 23.

After weeks of speculation, it appears Eric Bledsoe is on the move. Bledsoe claimed that he was at a hair salon with his wife, and that the tweet was about that, but he had also reportedly requested a trade earlier in the preseason that was not granted. Bringing Bledsoe back, and subsequently sending him home after his apparent subtweet, did nothing to improve his trade value.

Bledsoe has battled injuries in the past - he underwent knee surgeries in 2011, 2014 and 2015 - but has been encouragingly healthy since then, despite Phoenix shutting him down for the final month of last season. The 27-year-old is averaging 14.0 points and 8.7 rebounds in 543 career contests with Detroit and Milwaukee since being selected by the Pistons with the seventh overall pick of the 2010 draft.
