Among the 118 decisions under threat are ministerial announcements and grants, legislative instruments, water access entitlement payments, elements of the NBN rollout and the mobile black spot program.

"Some people say I am a natural pessimist".

"If they want to pursue the government on some of them, I don't doubt they will", Ms Plibersek told ABC radio on Monday.

Barnaby Joyce has apologised to his constituents in New England and pledged to continue to serve them after his election to the Federal Parliament was found invalid by the High Court of Australia on Friday.

"I will be making sure that now we offer the people of New England the best service and continue on with jobs such as the relocation of the APVMA (the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority), Scone Bypass, the 37 new upgraded mobile phone towers in the area, the bridges through newer programs, whether it is the Carrara or Middlebrook Bridge".

The National Park Service is proposing raising the price, per private vehicle, to $70 at 17 national parks, the website reports . The proposal would increase the entrance fee to 17 national parks to $70 per vehicle, $50 per motorcycle, and $30 per person.

One of the most controversial decisions in question is the relocation of the national pesticides agency from Canberra to Armidale in Mr Joyce's northern NSW electorate.

Ian who was a former Acting Speaker of the House in the Western Australian Parliament is on the move back to New South Wales and was keen to put his hand up for this by-election.

Mr Joyce gestured at the New England countryside around him.

"We won the last election because the National Party didn't go backwards, we actually went forwards".

Australia's conservative government has lost its majority after the deputy prime minister was declared ineligible for parliament.

The decision to disqualify Mr. Joyce means a by-election will be held for his electoral district on December 2, the earliest possible date.
