Kelly Clarkson and Alicia Keys

Alicia Keys will be returning for NBC singing competition's spring cycle, the network announced Wednesday. She'll join Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and first-time coach Kelly Clarkson on the coaches' panel. Keys coached Chris Blue to victory in Season 12 of The Voice.

"We are thrilled to welcome back Alicia's positive energy, competitive spirit and sheer talent", a statement from Paul Telegdy, President, Alternative and Reality Group at NBC Entertainment reads.

The announcement was made in a video featuring Kelly Clarkson opening a door to reveal the fourth coach for Season 14.

Last year Keys released her sixth studio album "Here", on RCA Records. However, contrary to her comment, she will be coming back for the next season of the show to coach alongside Levine and Shelton again.

NFL Draft will be at Cowboys' stadium
Rounds 2 and 3 will feature members of the NFL Legends Community as well as to-be-announced special guests on Friday, April 27. Things went so well, NFL Senior Vice President of Events Peter O'Reilly said the draft in Philly was a "resounding success".

Although Keys' return seems to be highly anticipated, at the moment, "The Voice" Season 13 is still taking place.

In addition to her time on The Voice, Alicia Keys has won 15 Grammys. Do you think Kelly Clarkson is the right addition for this panel of returning judges?

The Voice continues its Season 13 Battle Rounds tonight at 8 p.m. on NBC.

The reality show is now in its 13th season, with Jennifer Hudson and Miley Cyrus coaching alongside Levine and Shelton. Want more news? Like our Voice Facebook page.
