Paddock allegedly rented multiple condos at The Ogden complex in downtown Las Vegas, which overlooked the location of the Life is Beautiful Festival. The festival was headlined by popular talents like Chance the Rapper, Lorde and Wiz Khalifa, and drew an estimated 50,000 fans each day.

While there is still no motive, Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock may have been looking at targeting another concert event featuring Chicago's Chance The Rapper.

They apparently suggested Paddock may have lost his nerve at the earlier festival, and instead turned his attention to the Route 91 Harvest Festival, where he undertook the most deadly mass shooting in modern United States history.

A rep for the owner said, "We're not in a position to confirm or deny anything about Mr. Paddock's dealings". I suggest you contact Metro [police]. "As you know this is an ongoing investigation", Warren said.

It will be BJP's first major public demonstration in Kerala as it attempts to make inroads into the state's electoral politics. Javedkar assured that BJP will not sit quiet, it will use democratic means to answer its violence.

At this time, it's not clear if it was a thwarted attempt to commit an earlier attack or a dry run as part of his meticulous planning for the Route 91 Harvest Festival attack. However, in a new report from the Daily Beast, they say that he may have been plotting to attack a festival only a week prior.

The condos that he rented were at the Ogden which is a 21-story luxury condo building that has a direct view of the Life Is Beautiful festival grounds.

As HelloBeautiful previously reported, 59 were pronounced dead, while hundreds were wounded after domestic terrorist Stephen Paddock shot hundreds of bullets into an outside concert in Las Vegas, Nevada near the Mandalay Bay hotel on Sunday night. "Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone in our community, the victims, their families and the first responders".
