"The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that the explosion on a train at Parsons Green Station this morning is being treated as terrorism", London Mayor Sadiq Khan said. Britain's most senior counter-terror officer Mark Rowley said, "we now assess this was a detonation of an improvised explosive device".
An improvised explosive device (IED) exploded on a packed underground train at a London station on Friday, injuring at least 22 people in the fifth terrorist attack this year, which May said was "clearly meant to cause significant harm".
These tweets appear to suggest two things: one, that the person or people responsible for the explosion was known to Scotland Yard - something that Scotland Yard themselves have never said - and two, that the correct way to deal with "loser terrorists" is to cut off the internet.
