Aaron Donald ends holdout, reports to Rams without new deal

LA Rams Run Over Colts in Season Opener

Los Angeles Rams defensive Aaron Donald ended his lengthy holdout on Saturday, and the team is not going to penalize him for skipping all of its offseason program and training camp. Los Angeles Rams under new coordinator Wade Philips will play in a 3-4 defense and they are eager to plug Donald into it as soon as possible.

Donald's representatives and the Rams will continue to work towards reaching a new deal, the team reported on their website Saturday.

This doesn't mean the two sides have agreed to a new contract, though.

With 'Mission 120', BJP to Fight Odisha Elections Alone, Says Amit Shah
The meeting is assumed to be significant, as BJP got a boost after merger of all front liners of Trinamool Congress last months. But we are not getting required support from the State to take up the developmental projects.

Donald will be added to the active roster with Los Angeles seeking a roster exemption, which is standard in these situations. Through three seasons, he has 28 sacks and four forced fumbles, emerging as one of the league's best interior pass rushers. He is believed to be eyeing a new deal that would make him the highest paid defensive player in the NFL. Donald would have lost $106,014 every game he sat out, but it appears he has avoided that outcome.

Donald has not been with Rams since minicamp. He was the AP's defensive rookie of the year as a first-round pick in St. Louis in 2014, and the 6-foot dynamo has only improved.

The Rams host Washington next weekend, and McVay has said Donald will play whenever he is able to contribute, even if it isn't on every snap. Here's how they have gotten off to slow starts.
