The legal limit in Florida is.08 percent.

Orlando City striker Cyle Larin was arrested early on Thursday morning on a charge of DUI, police records obtained by the Orlando Sentinel show. Afterwards, he was transported to the Orange County Jail where he was booked for DUI without further incident.

Soccer will now have to wait for Larin.

Larin played 61 minutes for the Canadian national team in a 2-1 friendly win against CuraƧao on Tuesday evening. "Canada Soccer will remain in contact with Orlando City SC and Major League Soccer in respect of the protocols to be followed".

Orlando City said it's "disappointed" in Larin's actions and isn't taking the situation lightly.

The FHP added that an oncoming auto "averted" hitting Larin's Cadillac head-on by slowing down and stopping short of his vehicle.

Larin, who said he has lived in Orlando for three years, told the trooper that he was unfamiliar with the area.

The former prime minister of Finland, Alexander Stubb, tweeted , "Looks like we might need a time-out in the #Brexit negotiations".

According to the arrest report, Larin said he and a woman in the passenger seat had been at ONO Nightclub in downtown Orlando. "His pupils were extremely dilated as well". He exhibited slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and an "obvious" odor of alcoholic beverage on his person. He initially told the officer that he had not had any alcohol that night before revising his answer to "two or three" drinks. On the first test he registered a.179 and on the second he registered a.182, according to the arrest report.

"Mr. Larin continued to change his answers", the officer said.

A Florida Highway Patrol spokesman said Larin was co-operative and "respectful" throughout.

The striker is one of the young stars of Major League Soccer.

Larin is tied for third in MLS with eight goals this season.

His 39 goals through 68 career MLS starts have attracted interest from clubs in Europe.
