Metroid Prime 4 CONFIRMED in Development for the Nintendo Switch

Metroid-Prime-4

LOS ANGELES-During a livestreamed presentation Tuesday morning, Nintendo announced a "core Pokemon RPG" title, as well as an in-development sequel to the Metroid Prime series, both for Nintendo Switch.

Fresh off the announcement of Metroid Prime 4 being in development, Nintendo revealed something big during the Nintendo Treehouse live stream.

Metroid Prime: Samus Returns will launch on the Nintendo 3DS on September 15.

Theresa Apolinario, a member of Nintendo's Treehouse Live team, showed off nearly 50 minutes of footage from the game, which is a reimagining of Metroid 2: Return of Samus.

The new title sees the return of the 2D gameplay style that the old school Metroid games innovated with back in the days of the original Nintendo and Super Nintendo. They shared no details about it- only the name of the game and the fact that it is now in development for the Switch.

Rahul's comment on 'gunda remark' inadequate compared to sins of Congress: BJP
Joshi said Dikshit has already said that they are his personal remark and the Congress party has nothing to do with this. The Congress leadership has allowed many of its leaders to go "haywire" and there is a pattern in it, she said.

No more. Fans were treated to a brief title treatment revealing the game is in the works for the Nintendo Switch.and that's about all we got. All three games - particularly the first two entries, Prime and Echoes - are highly regarded and fans have longed for years to play a new game.

Metroid Prime 4 wasn't the only Metroid announcement this morning.

Nintendo's E3 2017 Spotlight featured quite a few surprises and more in-depth looks on games announced earlier this year.

Rocket League Nintendo Switch has a holiday 2017 release date, but doesn't have a price. As with Metroid Prime 4 the mere mention of the game is, seemingly, enough to maintain the hype.
