According to a report by the Austin American-Statesman, the sequel to James Gunn's superhero space romp Guardians of the Galaxy has just recently been at the center of a freakish lawsuit by a fan named Brandon Vezmar suing his date for not paying attention to the movie.

"It wasn't like constant texting", the woman continued. He should have simply deleted her phone number, and never seen her again. He said the specific amount of money he is asking for is to compensate for the cost of the movie ticket. To the news, she responded, "Oh my God".
