A lack of experience is the reason for Sean Maguire absence from the Republic of Ireland squad according to manager Martin O'Neill.
Burnley defender Kevin Long has received his first call-up to the Republic of Ireland squad for the matches against Mexico, Uruguay and Austria. O'Neill acknowledged the 32-year-old is "in great form at the moment".
