In a 30-minute interview, Rice said the United States needed to find a way to punish Russia for its alleged interference in the 2016 USA election but without engaging in "tit-for-tat" retaliation by meddling in Russian elections.
"Now he's saying: 'I'm going to question the legitimacy of your election by hacking into it and so forth, '" Rice said.
"I'm a firm believer in 'keep your history before you.' And so I don't actually want to rename things that were named for slave owners", she continued.
Facebook is back after global crash Thousands of social media users took to Twitter to report issues accessing the multi-billion dollar network just after 11am. Facebook Australia confirmed the local outage, blaming an unspecified technological problem, News.com.au reported.
"There's only one president at a time", she continued. I took an oath of office to that same Constitution, and it was administered by a Jewish woman Supreme Court Justice.

Host Joy Behar began by trying to get Rice to comment on current Secretary of State Rex Tillerson's attachments to Russian Federation. "I wish they had been like John Adams, who did not believe in slavery". We should celebrate the from the Jeffersons, Washingtons, slave owners, look where we are now.
